Imahét- A week of prayer

Milyen szép imával kezdeni az évet, és így is folytatni. A gyülekezetünk 3 este családoknál gyűlt, szerdán a pünkösdi gyülekezetben, csütörtökön a saját imaházban. Jó volt imádkozni, közösségben lenni egymással, és a végén együtt falatozni. Itt a Szegedi családnál vagyunk.



It's great to start the year in prayer, and to continnue this way. Our church gathered at different families 3 evenings, on Wednesday in the Pentecostal church and on Thursday in our church. It was good to pray, to be in fellowship with each other, and in the end of the prayer evening to share the food that was prepared. Here we are at the Szegedi family.

Pénteken hozzánk jöttek a kedves testvérek, 38-an voltunk. Alig fértünk el. Szép volt.

On Friday we met in our home and there were 38 of us. We hardly fitted in the room. It was nice.

Balla Máriáék besegítettek a vendéglátásban. Köszönjük szépen. Áldás a jó szomszéd és a jóbarát. A süteményes rész az anyáé volt.

The Balla family helped in hospitality. Thank you so much. The good neighbour and friend is a blessing. The cakes were up to mummy.

Szilveszter körül- Around New Year

A Ráma táborban töltöttük az év végét a chicagoi és a helybeli fiatalokkal és a gyülekezet néhány tagjával. Ez a tábor fő épülete, lent óriási ebédlő, fent szobák vannak.

We spent the end of the year at Rama camp with young people from Chicago and from our church. This is the main building of the camp with a huge dining room downstairs, and with rooms upstairs.

Ez a kápolna, amely újítás alatt van.

This is the chapel which is under renovation.

Felmásztam, leestem, és sírtam
I climbed up, fell and cried

Óév estéjén mindenki levett erről a fáról egy igét, és hisszük, hogy Isten üzent általa az új évre

At New Year's Eve everyone picked a Bible verse from this tree and we believe that God spoke to us for the New Year

Tanultam valami újat: mostmár én pucolom meg a mandarint, amelyiket valaki megkezd. Minden nap megeszek 3-5 dabarot.

I learnt something new: from now on I clean the clementines, which was started by someone. I eat 3-5 every day

Jó tanítások voltak, közösség, éneklés

We had good teaching, fellowship and singing

Egy jót sétáltam a hóban édesanyával, amikor megenyhült az idő. Amúgy mindig -2o fok hideg volt. Itt van a lábnyomunk. Láttunk egy mókust is és énekeltük, hogy Mókuska, mókuska, felmászott a fára.

I had a great walk in the snow with mum when the weather got warmer. Otherwise it was always around -2o grades Celsius. Here are our footprints. We saw a squirrel, too.

De én nem szeretek a nagy hóban járni, mert elesek. Sírtam, hogy anya vegyen fel. Szegény alig bírt cipelni.

But I don't like to walk in the big snow because I fall. So I cried and asked mummy to carry me. Poor her, she couldn't carry me too far. I am sooo heavy.

A fiatalok hokiztak a befagyott tavon. Félelmetes, de jól be volt fagyva.

The young people played hockey on the frozen lake. Scary, but the ice was thick.

Apa és Boda Zoltán lyukat fúrtak a tavon, hogy leöntsék a terepet, és lehessen korcsolyázni.

Daddy and Zoltan made a hole in the lake so they could pour water on the ice to ice skate.
